The Game
Frozen State is a Zombie-Survival-Game. Unlike other genre representatives Frozen State is played in an isometric perspective.
This view and that the game pauses in inventory mode makes the game more strategic than other Zombie-Survival-Games.

What are you going to do while playing this Game?
Collect Food, Ammo, Weapons, Medical Supplies from lootable containers or boxes in the game.
To survive the player needs to gather and loot items.

Additionally the player will have to either fight enemies or sneak around them.
Guns and noise will attrack enemies. See enemies for strategies.

There are other usefull Gameplay Mechanics that will help surviving.

In the Inventory-System certain abilities can be upgraded. The higher the upgrade-level the higher the cost.
Antraziol is the currency used to upgrade abilities and it can be found at corpses and as loot in every container.
Following abilities can be upgraded:

  • Strength
  • Endurance
  • Hearing
  • Vision
  • Resistance
  • Stealth
  • Firearm Weapons
  • Melee Weapons
  • Techweapons
  • Explosivs
  • Armor
  • Crafting
  • Lockpick
  • Gathering

A white, half-transparent version of a building item can be set up.
When all building materials are in the players inventory the building items can be build.
The player can craft different cabins which will give him/her shelter.
A Workbench, where weapons can be repaired and upgraded, can be crafted.
Craftable Wooden Chests can be used to store items.

Weapons, Medical Supplies, Clothing, Food and other extremely usefull stuff can be crafted in the inventory.
But only when the player has the right items to craft a certain item.

All statements are supported by my experience in this game. If you want to add something or correct me feel free to do so.
