Now these are a personal hate , they walking animation , speed , damage and design genuinly make me nervous when I see one especially indoors. The look like teenage - young woman infected they have two spikes for arms and do a very high amount of damage and will most likely cause you heavy to moderate bleeding, thankfully they are incredibly easy to take down with a Molotov.
